The Vangenes Non-invasive Prenatal Paternity Test can be performed after 7 weeks of pregnancy.
The reason why we do not recommend customers to test after 5 weeks of pregnancy is: if the blood of pregnant women is extracted too early, the concentration of fetal cell-free DNA in the woman’s blood may be insufficient. Under our strict quality control standard system, if this happens, the pregnant woman must be re-sampled.
Therefore, we usually recommend that pregnant women undergo this test after their gestation period exceeds 7 weeks.
